I was a new costumer.I find who ever deal with incoming call about there service is not very friendly at all.I was trying to find out cost and how long it takes to get your clean stuff back.This particular person am talking about was a woman. She hang up the phone and when I try re-calling back, she did not answer the phone at all. that tell me realise what she done was rude and not professional at. BAD FOR BUSINESS. I think she should get replaced.There for I decided to look for another dry cleaning company in the area. As I am new in the area.I could have use your area for a long time with my family but she just lost a business just because she was not prepare to Liston to me or help me further with my enquires of the phone.
