The two ladies that came to clean our new house did a fantastic job. All things done we asked for and would use them again. Highly recommend.
We have used Helpful Hands to clean our business and personal properties for around 4 years and have never had a problem with any of the work that they have provided us with. The cleaners we have are courteous and very friendly with my family. We have the same regular cleaners around 70% of the time but there are times when they send a new person in with one of our weekly cleaners but they always get the job done. We have only ever been let down and that was only just recently during the thick snowfall as we are out in the sticks a little, but they were there the very next day to make good of things. We have 3x dogs that dont always take to people well but they are so used to seeing them now that they have settled with them very well. We have recommended them to friends and family as well. We dont usually do this, but we have used them for so long now that we are confident in what they can offer.
I have been trying to get a cleaner sorted for nearly a month with this company but I have finally given up and will look elsewhere. Very slow to respond, questions rarely go answered and no sense of urgency or customer service
